Steven Kantor is CEO of S2K, where he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the firm. Steven has over 35 years of principal investing and investment banking experience, and throughout his career has raised several billions of dollars for REITs and other real estate companies via IPOs, CMBS financings and other forms of equity and debt financing. Previously, Steven was an Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald, as well as Chairman and Co-Founder of CCRE, Cantor Fitzgerald’s affiliated commercial real estate lending platform. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, he held several senior roles at Credit Suisse. Steven earned a B.A. from Syracuse University and a J.D. from American University.

Michael is the Head of Real Estate Capital Markets at S2K. Prior to his role at S2K, Michael held a principal position at Sabbatical, was director of debt strategies at Fairstead, and was the Senior Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate, among other roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
